The Challenge
Our client had the ideal holiday venue, complete with a perfect menu, food, and drinks. The missing piece? A creative way to "kick off" the party—something that would get the group excited, engaged, and ready to mingle before the main event even began. They also had to get people there.
Our Solution: Holiday Adventure on the Move
We turned the journey to the venue into an exciting, customized holiday-themed adventure. Teams were formed at the office and watched a video briefing on their mission: a 90-minute holiday hunt to their party's venue. As they made their way through the streets, they tackled holiday-themed photo and video challenges - all while racing against the clock to reach their final destination.
When teams arrived at the venue, they still had 'head to head' challenges to compete against each other - up until the clock struck zero - and then the party was on!
By then, everyone had already created hilarious shared memories before the first drink was even poured. The game was wrapped with our classic surprise winner reveal and a highlight reel video, ensuring a memorable night from start to finish.
