The Challenge

A construction company with 300 employees had their holiday venue selected (a unique converted airplane hangar), food, drinks and music ready to go —but they were missing one key piece: an entertaining activity that would get everyone involved and bring the group closer together. They wanted something that could make the event more engaging, interactive, and create great holiday party memories. In this case, the activity needed to be optional, allowing employees to join whenever they wanted, without a set schedule that would take over the entire event. It had to be interactive and relaxed, with no pressure to participate at a specific time and also move people around the venue.

Our Solution: A Hidden Snow Globe

To make the holiday event more exciting, we transformed the venue into a game zone where employees could join the game at their own pace. The chosen activity, "Where in the World is the Crystal Snow Globe?" was a holiday-themed game designed for teams of any size. It brought fun, friendly competition as participants solved puzzles, snapped photos, and shared their ‘travel’ moments.

Teams collaborated to track down five operatives across the globe by scanning branded QR codes placed around the venue, unlocking sections of the game. With the clock ticking, they raced to score points and claim victory before time ran out. This added a spark of excitement, making the event unforgettable.

At the wrap-up, the fun continued as a slideshow of the team's adventures played on screen, followed by the announcement of the winners—a perfect conclusion to a memorable celebration.
