Most games run for 120 minutes, with 60- and 90-minute options available. Teams explore a walkable area at their own pace, with plenty of stops for challenges. No running is required. If your group has accessibility requirements, tell us when you request a quote.

You set up your teams before game day, and your game producer can help you decide what works best for your group. We recommend teams of around four to six people, mixing different personalities and colleagues who don’t work closely together every day. When it’s time to play, one person per team joins your private game on their phone.

Players stay with their own teams and tackle the challenges together. Each team chooses its own route through the game zone, so the teams aren’t all following the same path. You may cross paths with another team along the way, then come back together at the end to reveal the winners and see what everyone got up to.

Yes. Tell us your city and where your group plans to gather. We’ll recommend a walkable game zone that works for your event, or discuss creating a custom zone if needed. Your office, hotel, or venue can be your gathering point even if the game area is a short trip away.

No. You can play using our iOS or Android app, or use the mobile web version if your group cannot or would rather not download an app. Players use it to see the map and challenges and submit photos and videos. Anyone on the team can join, but only one person per team needs to use it.

Yes. Every game has a producer who helps you prepare, and you can call our support number during the game if you have a question. Premier and Gold also include a live remote event team that follows the action in real time, scores creative submissions, engages teams as they play, and is available by text or phone. If you want someone there in person to kick off the game and lead the reveal, an onsite host is available as an add-on.

Request a quote with your city, preferred date, and approximate group size. Once you’re ready to book, we’ll confirm the event details and send your agreement and invoice. Your game producer will then work with you on the game area, team setup, and any customizations.

An estimate is enough to get a quote. Tell us roughly how many people you expect, and we’ll work with you to confirm the final number as your event approaches.

You have options. If your date is flexible, we can help you reschedule. If the event must happen at a specific time, we can plan an indoor backup game in advance where one is available. Tell us about your venue and timing when you request a quote, and we’ll work out a weather plan with you.

Yes. We can run events for up to 2,500 players. Team size depends on your event; while teams of four to six work well for many groups, larger events may use teams of six to ten. We can use different starting areas and routes to spread teams through the game zone. Tell us your group size and location, and we’ll recommend a setup.
